Sunday, December 29, 2013Oops! :D Hello Christmas weight! I know a lot of that is just water weight so I'm not too bothered, I just wanted to relax a bit over the holidays and I think I relaxed just a bit too much. Oh well, it'll only give me more motivation to exercise next week - the January progress check is just around the corner and I want to stick to my plan of being out of the 70s by then.
