I'm guessing my body is still in a bit of a shock because of the huge increase in my workouts this week (nearly 1,5 hours of cycling, an hour of pilates and about 2,5 hours of gymming), it's probably going "Nnoooo fat don't leave me, I need you! This woman is torturing me!!" :D
It'll settle down again once my body gets used to the new routine. :)
