Sunday, October 27, 2013I'm not happy. Sure, still a loss, but I'm just not satisfied with the way I've been eating and not exercising at all lately. I know I can do this without the same amount of exercise I used to do, but my diet has been all over the place ever since my birthday.
I need to fix this.
